Flat monthly pricing based on square footage, floor types, restroom count, traffic level and frequency. You get one number that does not move unless the scope does.

Yes. General liability, janitorial bond and workers' compensation. Certificates are issued naming your entity before the first shift.

Standard agreements run 12 months with a 30-day cancellation clause. Month-to-month is available for post-construction and short-term needs.

We bring all equipment and chemistry. Restroom consumables such as paper and soap can be managed by us at cost plus handling, or supplied by you.

Yes. Badge protocols, escorted access, restricted zones, drug screening and site-specific NDAs are all standard options during onboarding.
